Wrestler arrested for smoking pot refuses severance pay

TOKYO, Japan - Musashigawa, chairman of the Japan Sumo Association, reads out a statement of apology written by former second-division wrestler Wakakirin during a press conference at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan on Feb. 5.
