Japan orders N. Korean rocket destruction

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada speaks to reporters in the parliamentary building March 27. Hamada issued an order to the Self-Defense Forces to destroy debris from a North Korean rocket in the event that its launch fails and fragments fall onto Japanese territory. (Kyodo)
