DPJ leader Ozawa expresses intent to resign

TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, president of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan, has expressed his intention to step down following the indictment of his top secretary in a political funds scandal, a party executive said on May 11. (Kyodo)
