Lower house OKs bill to scrap age limit for organ transplants
TOKYO, Japan - Members of Japan's lower house vote on June 18 on a bill to recognize people who are brain dead as legally dead and to scrap the age limit for organ transplants. The house approved the bill, clearing the way for transplants in Japan for people under 15. (Kyodo)
