TOKYO, Japan - Seven-Eleven Japan Co. franchise store owners talk ahead of a news conference in Tokyo on June 22 after the Fair Trade Commission ordered the company earlier in the day to stop the practice of unfairly banning its franchise stores from selling food products at discount prices.
