Psychiatrist convicted of info leak heads to high court

OSAKA, Japan - Morimitsu Sakihama (C), a psychiatrist who was found guilty of leaking investigation records on a 2006 juvenile arson-murder case in Nara Prefecture to a freelance journalist, arrives at the Osaka High Court on Dec. 17, 2009.
