Psychiatrist convicted of info leak heads to high court

OSAKA, Japan - Morimitsu Sakihama, a psychiatrist found guilty of leaking investigation records on a 2006 juvenile arson-murder case in Nara Prefecture to a freelance journalist, enters the Osaka High Court on Dec. 17, 2009. The court upheld the conviction by the Nara District Court, which was the nation's first ruling on divulging confidential information. (Kyodo)
