1,400 letters sent by Japanese authors to famed Chinese author's kin
Saneatsu Mushanokoji (L) and Toson Shimazaki, seen in these undated photos, are among Japanese literary greats who sent some 1,400 letters to Chinese writer Zhou Zuoren, the young brother of famed novelist Lu Xun. The letters, discovered at the home of Zhou's grandson Zhou Jiyi in Beijing, were shown to Kyodo News on March 25, 2015. (Kyodo)
