Craftsman fears skills may be used in war under Abe security policy
Tsutomu Kobayashi, a 75-year-old precision-machining craftsman, demonstrates how he works on machinery at his small factory next to his home in Yamamoto, Miyagi Prefecture, on June 15, 2015. A World War II survivor, Kobayashi said he strongly opposes war and is worried his skills and products may be unknowingly used in war if changes to Japan's pacifist security policy pushed by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are realized.
