Thai man asks gov't to rescue aunt believed abducted by N. Korea
Banchong Panjoy, nephew of a Thai woman who is believed to have been abducted by North Korea in the late 1970s, holds a press conference in Bangkok on Sept. 14, 2015, announcing that he has submitted to Prime Minister Gen.
