Gov't resumes offshore survey in Okinawa for base relocation
A drilling survey (back, R) is resumed off the Henoko area in Nago in Japan's southernmost island prefecture of Okinawa on Nov. 12, 2015, after the central government imposed a temporary injunction against Okinawa Gov. Takeshi Onaga's withdrawal of his predecessor's approval of a land reclamation plan for relocation to the area of the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma air station from a densely populated part of Ginowan.
