Explosion heard at Yasukuni Shrine, no injuries reported
Police officers stand guard at Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo on Nov. 23, 2015, after an explosion was heard and the ceiling and wall of a men's public bathroom south of the shrine was found burned. While no one was injured, police suspect it could have been a politically motivated attack on the shrine, which honors convicted Class-A war criminals along with millions of war dead. (Kyodo)
