Quake-hit bullet trains resume Tokyo-northeastern Japan services

Passengers get off a Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train at JR Sendai Station in Miyagi Prefecture on Feb. 24, 2021, as bullet train services between Tokyo and northeastern Japan resumed the same day, 11 days after they were disrupted due to a powerful earthquake that hit the Tohoku region.
