Disaster-displaced north Japan town assembly holds 1st meet at home

The town assembly of Naraha, Fukushima Prefecture, holds a session at its principal building on Jan. 28, 2015, for the first time since the 2011 earthquake and tsunami that had forced it to meet outside the northeastern Japan town. Home to the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, the town remains off-limits to residents. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
