Kyocera unveils ultra-rugged smartphone for Europe

Kyocera Corp. unveils on Feb. 12, 2015, an ultra-rugged smartphone for the European market. The diversified electronics giant will start marketing the "Torque" smartphone in Germany and France by the end of March at the earliest and then study introducing it in other European countries in a move marking the company's full-fledged entry into the European smartphone market.
