Police comb Pacific shores nearly 4 years after tsunami disaster
Police officers search for the remains of people still unaccounted for in the 2011 earthquake and tsunami on the Pacific coast of Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, on Feb. 11, 2015, three years and 11 months after the disaster. A total of 2,586 people remained missing as of Feb. 10 in Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures in northeastern Japan, according to the National Police Agency. (Kyodo)
