Fish analyzer gauging fat content goes on sale in Japan
The Nagasaki prefectural government unveils on Feb. 18, 2015, an easy-to-use device capable of gauging fish fat content that determines tastiness. Developed jointly by Nagasaki and Chiba prefectures and Nagasaki University, the analyzer was put on sale by measuring instrument maker Yamato Scale Co. on Feb. 19. (Kyodo)
