"Shibi" attached to Central Golden Hall of Kofukuji Temple
Workers attach a two-meter-tall ornamental tile called "Shibi," regarded as a charm against evil spirits and fire, atop the roof of the Central Golden Hall of the Kofukuji Temple in the western Japan city of Nara on March 18, 2015. The hall is now undergoing reconstruction, which will be completed in 2018. (Kyodo)
