JR East unveils "cafe" train to help Fukushima's reconstruction

East Japan Railway Co., known as JR East, shows a special sightseeing train, "FruiTea Fukushima," to the press on March 27, 2015, in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. JR East will operate the two-carriage "cafe on rails," which will serve cakes using fruits grown in the prefecture, between Koriyama and Aizuwakamatsu stations from late April through June, coinciding with the prefecture's Fukushima Destination Campaign tourism promotion program, to support the recovery of the prefecture from the March 2011 disaster.
