Miyagi gov. explains plan on anti-disaster bldg. frame to families

Yoshihiro Murai told bereaved family members who lost their loved ones there about a plan to transfer the ownership of the building from the town to the prefecture until March 2031 and postpone the decision on whether to preserve or disassemble it.
