Univ. professor issues book on U.S. nuclear tests in South Pacific
Seiichiro Takemine, associate professor of sociology at Meisei University, holds his latest book "Marshall Islands: Surviving Lasting Nuclear Damage" in Tokyo on March 19, 2015. He visited the islands in the South Pacific, once under Japan's colonial rule, 11 times for in-depth research on repeated U.S. nuclear tests in the region. (Kyodo)
