Magnitude 5.8 quake hits Japan's northeastern region
Yohei Hasegawa, director of the Earthquake and Tsunami Observation Division of the Japan Meteorological Agency, holds a press conference at the agency in Tokyo at around 5:30 a.m. on July 10, 2015, following an earthquake that struck northeastern Japan about two hours earlier.
