Pumped-storage hydropower plant helps meet peak summer demand in Osaka
Haruki Hagiwara, chief of Kansai Electric Power Co.'s Okutataragi pumped-storage hydropower station in Asago, Hyogo Prefecture, western Japan, takes the press on a tour around the facility on July 8, 2015.
