Pumped-storage hydropower plant helps meet peak summer demand in Osaka
A Kansai Electric Power Co. official shows the press a dam at its Okutataragi pumped-storage hydropower station in Asago, Hyogo Prefecture, western Japan, on July 8, 2015.
