MUFG introduces customer service robot in Osaka branch

The humanoid robot NAO waves at a branch of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ in Osaka on July 21, 2015. The 58-centimeter tall robot, which was made in France and is able to respond to easy questions in Japanese, including the Osaka dialect, as well as Chinese, English and French, will work at the branch until July 24 on a trial basis.
