Japanese man finishes 10,000 km north-south Africa trek
Masahito Yoshida from Tottori, western Japan, approaches his goal at the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa on July 19, 2015, after trekking with a two-wheeled cart over 10,000 kilometers across 10 African countries. Yoshida, 34, began the trip from the Egyptian port city of Alexandria in September 2014. He completed a round-the-globe trip across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia in the same manner in 2013. (Kyodo)
