TEPCO to remove reactor building cover

File photo taken in February 2015 shows the No. 1 nuclear reactor building at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi complex in northeastern Japan. Its operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. will start to remove the panels of the cover shrouding the building from July 28, 2015. TEPCO plans to complete the work by the end of March 2017.
