Fans get rare view of lucky "Dr. Yellow" shinkansen inspection train

Railway fans take photos of a special bullet train used to check rails and overhead cables on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line during a special viewing event hosted by Central Japan Railway Co. (JR Tokai) at its rail yard in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, on July 25, 2015.
