N. Korea to be in time zone of its own from Aug. 15

North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency has reported that from Aug. 15, the 70th anniversary of independence from Japan's 1910-1945 colonial rule of the Korean Peninsula, clocks in the country will be turned back 30 minutes, placing North Korea in a time zone of its own.
