Japan lower house OKs bill to ban drone flights over crowded areas
Japan's House of Representatives unanimously approves a bill on Aug. 27, 2015, to ban drones from flying over crowded residential and airport areas as well as the use of unmanned aircraft at night without the government's permission. The government is stepping up measures against the use of drones, after a small one with a minuscule amount of radiation was found on the roof of the prime minister's office building in April.
