Upper house passes bill to revise temp worker law

Japan's House of Councillors in Tokyo passes a bill on Sept. 9, 2015, to scrap a three-year time limit on the employment of temporary workers. The bill will be sent back to the lower house for a revote as the upper chamber changed its enforcement date to Sept. 30 from Sept. 1. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
