Adolescence anorexia linked to decreased brain volume: Japan researchers
Takashi Fujisawa, assistant professor at Fukui University, explains during an interview in Eiheiji, Fukui Prefecture, western Japan, on Aug. 25, 2015, about MRI images from his team's research that show young women with anorexia have reduced volume in a pair of inferior frontal gyri in the brain that control actions and emotions.
