Public hearing on security bills held
Six people, including Aki Okuda (far R), a central member of a group called Students Emergency Action for Liberal Democracy, or SEALD, attend a public hearing on controversial security bills on Sept. 15, 2015, at an upper house special panel in Tokyo. SEALDs opposing the bills have captured public attention with a new, hip style of protest, featuring rap slogans and flashy pamphlets to get their message across. (Kyodo)
