N. Korea responds to Mongolia's proposal for talks with Japan
Mongolian Foreign Minister Lundeg Purevsuren speaks at a press conference in Ulan Bator on Sept. 22, 2015. Purevsuren said that the North Korean response to a letter sent by Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj contained a reference to the issue of Pyongyang's past abductions of Japanese nationals, as well as a proposal to use Mongolia's capital as the venue for official talks with Japan on the issue.
