Japan honors U.S. veteran for training postwar parachute squad
U.S. veteran William LaRou (R), 82, who was honored for his contribution to a fledgling parachute squad at a U.S. military base in Fukuoka after World War II, receives a Japanese paratrooper's badge from Col.
