French foreign minister on climate change
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius attends a press conference in Bonn on Oct. 20, 2015, following U.N. talks on climate change. Fabius said a scheme to curb the global temperature rise within the two degrees Celsius threshold must be crafted at the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, or COP21, beginning in late November in Paris. (Kyodo)
