U.N. official retracts remarks over "compensated dating": Suga
Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga announces at a press conference in Tokyo on Nov. 11, 2015, that Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, special rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, effectively retracted her remark that 13 percent of schoolgirls in Japan are engaged in "enjo kosai" or compensated dating.
