Researchers gather in Lebanon to save Syrian ruins

A four-day session for the International Syrian Congress on Archaeology and Cultural Heritage began in Beirut, Lebanon on Dec. 3, 2015, in which around 100 researchers from Syria, Japan and Europe gathered to work together to save Syrian ruins from destruction and illegal digging.
