Another Japanese local assemblyman calls gays "abnormal"
Mamoru Fujitsuka, a member of the Gifu prefectural assembly in central Japan, is seen ahead of a press conference at the prefectural government offices on Dec. 11, 2015, following controversy over his remarks that homosexuals are "abnormal." He withdrew the remarks but said he is having "a sense of crisis that homosexuality might go around in the entire society." (Kyodo)
