BOJ chief shows readiness for further interest rate cut if needed
Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda answers questions after giving a speech in Tokyo on Feb. 3, 2016. Kuroda called the central bank's recently implemented negative interest rate a "powerful weapon" for monetary easing, saying it will further cut the rate if needed to overcome deflation. (Kyodo)
