Pyongyang in celebration after rocket launch
North Koreans visit Mansu Hill in Pyongyang, where giant statues of North Korean state founder Kim Il Sung and his son Kim Jong Il stand, on Feb. 10, 2016, the last day of the Lunar New Year holidays. North Korea has been in a mood of celebration since its "successful" launch on Feb. 7 of a long-range rocket, widely seen as a ballistic missile test. (Kyodo)
