Arrested nursing home worker was 1st to report man's fatal fall

Undated photo shows Hayato Imai, a former worker at a nursing care facility in Kawasaki, near Tokyo, at which three residents fell to their deaths from balconies within a two-month span in 2014. Imai, who was arrested on Feb. 15, 2016, for his alleged involvement in one of the deaths, was the first person to discover and report the resident's fatal fall to his superiors, according to investigators.
