Ex-baseball player Kiyohara sent to prosecutors
A car carrying former pro baseball player Kazuhiro Kiyohara leaves the Metropolitan Police Department in Tokyo on Feb. 25, 2016, for the public prosecutors' office after he was served with a second arrest warrant two days earlier for alleged drug use. The 48-year-old former Seibu Lions and Yomiuri Giants slugger was initially arrested in a police raid on Feb. 2 on suspicion of possessing stimulant drugs at his Tokyo apartment. The latest arrest warrant alleges that Kiyohara used stimulant drugs from mid-January up until his arrest. (Kyodo)
