Japan OKs plan to achieve 26% greenhouse gas emission cut by 2030

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (R) attends a government meeting at his office in Tokyo on March 15, 2016, to endorse a set of measures to achieve Japan's goal of cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 26 percent in 2030 from 2013 levels.
