Nissan to take 34% stake in Mitsubishi Motors
Nissan Motor Co. President and Chief Executive Officer Carlos Ghosn speaks at a press conference in Yokohama on May 12, 2016. Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors Corp. said that Nissan will take a 34 percent stake in Mitsubishi Motors for 237 billion yen in a deal putting Mitsubishi Motors, stung by a fuel economy cheating scandal, under the wing of Japan's second-largest automaker.
