Victims' kin, train execs commemorate 1991 accident in western Japan
Around 170 people attend a memorial service in Koka, Shiga Prefecture, western Japan, on May 14, 2016 in memory of 42 passengers and staff who died in a local train collision in 1991. The heads of the two train operators involved renewed their resolve to ensure railway safety in front of the bereaved family members at the service. (Kyodo)
