Stabbing spree in Japan leaves at least 19 dead
Kanagawa Gov. Yuji Kuroiwa attends a press conference in Yokohama on July 26, 2016, following a stabbing rampage at a residential care facility for persons with mental disabilities in Sagamihara in the prefecture, west of Tokyo, in which at least 19 people were killed. Offering an apology and condolences to the victims, Kuroiwa vowed that the prefectural government would endeavor to see that such an incident never happens again. (Kyodo)
