Rio to hold ceremony for Paralympic torch

The city of Rio de Janeiro holds a news conference on Aug. 30, 2016, ahead of the Paralympic Games starting Sept. 7. The Brazilian city announced that it will hold a ceremony at the Museum of Tomorrow a day before the start of the event to create the Paralympic torch by merging separate flames from across the country into one light.
