TPP, Constitution in focus as extraordinary Diet session kicks off
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe enters his office in Tokyo on Sept. 26, 2016, ahead of the commencement of a 66-day extraordinary session of Japan's Diet. The session through Nov. 30 is likely to be dominated by the government's aim for the speedy ratification of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact and debate over potential amendments to the Japanese Constitution.
