Taiwan marks 70th anniversary of "228 Incident"
Supporters of Taiwanese independence burn a Republic of China flag in front of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei on Feb. 28, 2017, during a gathering to mark the 70th anniversary of a massacre by Chinese nationalist troops.
